Terms of Service

Below are our Terms of Service, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to always take care of both you, as a customer, or as a seller on our platform. We’ve included many of these terms to legally protect ourselves, but if you have an issue, always feel free to contact us on our Discord Server and we’ll do our best to resolve it in a fair and timely fashion.

  1. Application of Terms
    1. By visiting and/or taking any action on CardCove, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communication.
  2. Age
    1. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
    2. If someone under the age of 18 wants to use CardCove a Parent / Legal guardian must be present to ensure their safety.
  3. Cards
    1. All products are 100% digital and delivered electronically to your CardCove account.
    2. CardCove is not responsible for the quality of the card or how it prints. Preview images serve as reference only; the final printed card may slightly differ from the previews.
    3. Cards you bought may be updated at anytime without notice.
    4. CardCove is not responsible for any viruses or malware that may be present in the files. For a card to get verification status we do a virus scan on the file.
    5. For best quality cards must be cut to size after printing.
    6. CardCove is not responsible for you not receiving your card if you fail to provide a valid email or for technical issues outside our control.
  4. Security & Payments
    1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. CardCove does not directly process payments through the website.
  5. Refunds
    1. CardCove DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, if something is wrong with your card we will do our best to resolve your issues here.
  6. Support
    1. There is no guarantee for support, but we will try to help you here.
  7. Ownership
    1. The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive right to make use of the Card you have purchased.
    2. you can...
      1. Use the Card in a personal or commercial matter for yourself or your business.
      2. print as many copies as you want of the card you purchased.
    3. you can't...
      1. make money off the Card by selling it or using it as part of a service you sell.
      2. redistribute any files related to the card you purchased.
    4. This license can be terminated if you breach it and you lose the right to use or distribute the End Product.
    5. The creator of the Card retains ownership of the Card, but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the creator of the Card and you. CardCove is not a party to this license or the one granting you the license.
  8. Membership & Content
    1. If you choose to upload and sell cards on CardCove, you hereby acknowledge and consent to a transaction fee of 10% being levied by CardCove for each card sold. Additionally, you agree to abide by the fee structure imposed by Stripe for payment processing services. CardCove reserves the right to modify the fee without notice.
    2. Membership is a benefit for those who follow our terms and policies. We may at any time suspend or terminate your account.
    3. Creators should only upload cards that they have personally created or for which they have obtained the necessary authorizations. This implies that creators must refrain from uploading cards they did not create themselves, or incorporating content into their cards that is copyrighted by someone else. This includes, but is not limited to, artwork, copyrighted text, or designs made by other people. It is essential to obtain the necessary authorizations before using such content.
    4. We can view and/or remove any content for any reason at our own discretion. This will typically only be exercised for issues needing immediate resolution, such as, but not limited to, the posting of unauthorized content, offensive content, illegal content, or anything breaching anyone else’s rights.
  9. Liability
    1. You indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, demands or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, any claims against us relating to your use of CardCove.
  10. Requesting, Modifying or Deleting Your Data (GDPR)
    1. We are a small operation, but we work hard to make sure your data remains safe and we only collect what is needed to provide our services. If you want to request an export of your data, a modification to any data we have related to your account, or delete of all data permanently, please message us here and we’ll complete your request in a timely manner.
  11. Changes to terms
    1. We If we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page.
    2. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or revise our terms or policies at any time, with or without prior notification to you. It is your responsibility to regularly review our terms and policies for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

  • CardCove refers to the business CardCove and the website www.cardcove.net.
  • Stripe refers to the payment processing system CardCove utilizes found here.
  • Card refers to any digital product available for free or sale on CardCove.
  • Creator refers to the creator of the Card.
  • Terms refers to Terms of Service, this document.
  • Policies refers to the Privacy Policy and any other policies CardCove has to offer now or in the future.
  • End Product refers to the purchased card.
